Blocks of rooms have been reserved for participants from 10 - 14 April 2026 at the conference venue and hotels nearby.

IMPORTANT NOTE: On 14 April, the last day of the conference, as part of the Ice Hockey World Championship, the Czech Republic vs. Norway game will take place at 4:20 p.m. and the Canada vs. USA game at 8:20 p.m. Please contact the hotels directly if you would like to stay one night longer and book well in advance as rooms might get expensive in the short term.
